Job summary
We are hiring an Experienced Artisan Bread Baker with 1–3 years of professional baking experience, ideally within a commercial or high-volume bakery setting.This is a hands-on production role focused on sourdough bread mixing, fermentation, shaping, and baking.
The ideal candidate is passionate about artisan bread,
- Mix sourdough dough batches (130–300kg)
- Manage fermentation and dough handling processes
- Cut, scale and shape various artisan breads
