    About This Role

    • This is an exciting opportunity to join our front desk team as a customer-facing representative. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding guest experiences from check-in to departure.

    Greetings are extended to arriving guests who receive warm welcomes accompanied by room assignments. Room reservations can be taken or modified while telephone calls require timely processing including wake-up calls. Hotel facilities along with various services offered provide insight into what each area has on offer within walking distance; while essential information regarding points-of-interest near-by assist travelers navigate efficiently around their destinations daily needs more effectively especially when visiting family friends abroad without saying goodbye beforehand!

    1. The agent takes care that reservation details remain accurate throughout processing ensuring any changes made do not cause inconvenience either way
