Emergence Landscape Horticulture/Okada Earthscape is a provider of quality landscape horticultural services to residential and strata clientele throughout the lower mainland.

Responsibility for everything that occurs onsite either positive or negative from owner to new hire is shared among all staff. When issues/problems arise we take responsibility and create solutions as a team.
Emphasis is on planning and utilizing systems assisted by technology to create efficiencies throughout all areas of the company.
Offering a clear path to advancement with measurable requirements for making progress within the company and developing your landscape horticulture skills.
All positions will utilize either their own or a daily provided company phone to; Take notes, make reports, take pictures, communicate with staff using a two way radio app, access site related information such as instructions or maps etc.

Description of Duties;

Completing landscaping tasks within targeted quality, material and time metrics.
Completing daily tasks & assigned responsibilities, learning new skills and assisting others with the former two.
Lifting 25lbs to 50lbs repeatedly.
