WHAT WE OFFER

RESPONSIBILITIES

Answering retail and industrial customer inquiries by phone or electronically.
Process customer orders, and address their feedback.
Order office supplies, maintain inventory and perform general office duties as required.
Assist in recommending products and solutions to meet customer's needs and expectations.
Entering orders and maintaining records in our POS system, as well as issue customer receipts.
Coordinate customer and potential customer needs and expectations with sales reps, warehouse staff and manufacturing;
Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)

QUALIFICATIONS

At least 1 year of customer service experience is a must
High level of commitment and organization
Ability to manage requests and revisions from various sources
Ability to plan, prioritize and organize tasks
Able to do heavy lifting up to 60 lb regularly
Current forklift license is an asset
Selfmotivated team player capable of managing multiple priorities in a rapidly changing environment
Ability to communicate professionally and promptly with customers and team members
