Job summary
We are seeking a Sous Chef to join our team at 11 Cadogan Gardens & The Chelsea Townhouse in London. As a key member of the kitchen team, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef and taking ownership of the kitchen operation when they are absent. You will work closely with our brigade to deliver exceptional service and quality food to our guests.Responsibilities
- To ensure that the preparation, presentation and quality of food is maintained at its highest standards at all times.
- Constantly focus on guest satisfaction and service.
- To be passionate in assist with the training, induction and development of the kitchen brigade.
