Position Overview
Vencer Group is seeking a career-driven, outgoing, IT team member.

This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated individual with a background in technical network support and configuration - as well as experience working with monitoring, alerting, patching, and managing assets.

This position will help build collaborative business consulting experience - within a corporate environment.


As an NOC Analyst, you will be responsible for identifying and resolving complex issues related to all aspects of service delivery; user requests and issues, system alerts, projects and emergencies.

Key Job Responsibilities and Skills

NOC Development and Deployment: Take a leading role in the development and deployment of NOC components, including RMM, antivirus, alerting systems, and geo-tracking, ensuring high efficiency and reliability.

Client Support and Issue Resolution: Deliver outstanding support to clients, resolving issues swiftly, including conducting on-site visits as needed.

Service Delivery Management: Oversee service delivery with a focus on efficient time tracking and comprehensive documentation of issues and resolutions.

After-Hours Support: Participate in an after-hours support rotation, providing 24/7 on-call responsiveness to alerts and incidents.

Team Collaboration: Work effectively within a fast-paced team environment, adapting to changing deadlines and contributing to collective goals.

IT Infrastructure Solutions: Design, deploy, and maintain cutting-edge IT infrastructure solutions, focusing on NOC functionalities.

Optimization of IT Environments: Evaluate and enhance existing IT environments and technologies, prioritizing optimization, and scalability.

Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation and generate reports on IT solutions, focusing on NOC developments.

Security and Risk Management: Conduct security training, research emerging threats, perform risk assessments, and ensure the secure operation of all NOC components.

Advanced Troubleshooting: Provide advanced end-user support and liaise with vendors for Tier 3 troubleshooting, ensuring the integrity and performance of NOC services.

  • Provide excellent client support and issue resolution, including onsite visits when necessary.
  • Manage service delivery, including time tracking and documentation of issues and resolutions.

Additional Potential Skills and Responsibilities:


  • Perform firmware patching and maintenance on firewalls, network devices, and servers.
  • Assist with firewall setups and deployments.
  • Monitor network traffic, security events, and logs.

Salary:
$50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
