Well established for more than a decade, the OTT Management Associate Program aims to cultivate future leaders who share a passion for excellence, an entrepreneurial spirit, and strong moral principles.

Participants who successfully go through the entire selection and training process are expected to be equipped with the necessary skills and experience to achieve their own career growth and make meaningful contributions to OTT.

Participants will also have the chance to work closely with richly experienced professionals to put learning into practice of high standards.

Job Description:

Through the selected training program, participants will have the opportunity to rotate through multiple departments at OTT, including forex trading, human resources, real estate development and operations, etc. Industry experts will guide and mentor you to discover your potential and identify a role that best matches your strengths and interests.
Upon successful completion of the training, there will be opportunities to officially launch your career in your preferred and/or most competent field at OTT.

Job Requirements:

College degree or above.
Majors in statistics, actuarial science, hospitality, and software engineering preferred.
Strong selfmotivation with a genuine interest in business management.

During training, participants will have opportunities to rotate in the following business units:

Wealth Management:

The Wealth Management Business Unit of OTT is a fully licensed securities dealer and fund manager approved by the Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada (IIROC) and a member of the Canadian Investor Protection Fund (CIPF).

You will work with financial experts from all over the world and jointly develop the online wealth management business.

Real Estate Development and Planning:

At the Real Estate Development and Planning Business Unit, there are parcels of land ranging from millions of square feet to thousands of acres to be developed or under planning.

We bring together the best planners and architects from all over the world and work with multiple internationally renowned architectural firms.

Club Operations Business Unit:

With a 350,000 ft2 high-end private club anticipated to be turned from drawings into reality at the location of OTT headquarters within the next 2-3 years, you will participate in the creation of this great project under the guidance of the world's top private club and hotel management leaders.
