Our NW Boutique Motel is currently looking for a Room Attendant who must be available weekends. Weekday availability is also an asset.

The role demands a professional who is customer service orientated, a team player, punctual, works well under mínimal supervision and self-motivated.

Some training will be provided.

Room Attendants are required to clean all rooms thoroughly, with the key aim of enhancing the customer experience by having excellent standards of hotel cleanliness.

The role extends to delivering excellent customer service at all times, maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and presentation in all rooms, back-of-house areas and common areas, servicing all rooms in-line with company policy.

Requirements:

*Excellent written and verbal communication skills

*Strong computer literacy

*The ability to multitask and prioritize

*Customer Service skills

*Flexible availability

*Ability to work unsupervised

*Hotel experience is an asset


Responsibilities:

*Provide exemplary customer experiences to our valued guests

*clean guest rooms and common areas in-line with company standards

*monitor stock levels

*laundry
