Processing Center- Processor - Innisfil, Canada - Copart
Description
In addition to exceptional customer service skills, the Processing Center Processor should demonstrate effective prioritization and deadline management, multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment, and attention to detail.
Analytical skills for addressing hardware and software problems, familiarity with a Windows environment, and proficiency in maintaining and repairing mailing equipment are essential.
Essential Duties- Answer multiline telephone in a professional manner
- Perform calls to lien holders and lending institutions to secure payoff information, letters of guarantee, and copy of title or any applicable documents
- Initial calls to owners/insureds (customerspecific tasks to inform owner of packet that will be mailed or electronically sent to them)
- Followup calls to vehicle owners/insureds to followup on needed documents or to correct documents if needed
- Followup calls to lienholders for any applicable documents that are needed
- Total Loss Packet handling (create, mail, or send electronically documents required per Provincial guidelines)
- Troubleshooting Pitney Bowes Relay Inserter and highcapacity printer set up
- Review and complete Provincespecific forms Order and track Power of Attorneys documents for provinces that require physical documents
- Will be held to the internal cycle times and other auditable criteria
- Will monitor and work a shared inbox to ensure the tasks and directives are addressed and completed per company policy, timelines, and contractual obligations
- Maintain inventory of shipping supplies and manage relationships with vendors
- Collaborate with the technical team to troubleshoot any equipment or softwarerelated issues
- Use company resources to gather information and offer solutions to meet customer needs
- Process mail incoming and outgoing per criteria
- Read and interpret various reports and documents
- Call queues (ability to answer basic Title questions, give claim updates, and direct caller to correct party/team if applicable)
- Other duties as assigned
- High School Diploma
- One year of office support experience in a customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment
- Effective prioritization and deadline management
- Multitasking ability in a fastpaced environment
- Attention to detail
- Analytical skills for hardware and software issues
- Familiarity with Windows environment and PC interaction
- Maintenance, repair, and installation of mailing equipment
- Proficiency with office equipment
- Basic math skills
- Typing at least 45 Words Per Minute
- Basic 10 Key proficiency
- Bilingual French skills a plus
- Identify/analyze vehicle title documents within guidelines
- Work closely with banks and lienholder entities
- Occasional overtime flexibility
- Physical ability to lift/move items up to 55lbs with or without accommodation
- Valid driver's license
