Responsibilities:


  • Leadership and

Team Coaching:

Provide effective leadership and guidance to a team of Retirement Living Sales Consultants, setting clear sales goals and expectations, and fostering a high-performance culture.


  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve budgeted occupancy targets within your assigned area.
  • Tactical Leadership: Strategic development of business development plans, ensuring the health of sales pipelines, timely followup on leads, coaching for effective sales behaviors, adherence to the sales process, site visits, and execution of sales and marketing events.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with the Retirement Living Consultants and teams within our residences, promoting collaboration and alignment between sales and operations.

  • Territory Management: Strategically manage and allocate resources within your designated area to optimize sales coverage and penetration.
  • Sales Performance Accountability: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs). Proactively identify performance gaps and areas for improvement based on datadriven insights. Develop strategies and initiatives to address identified areas of opportunity and drive sales growth.
  • Collaboration with Regional Director of Operations: Work collaboratively with the Regional Director of Operations to ensure seamless coordination between sales and operations, addressing any challenges and identifying opportunities for improvement. To ACHIEVE SALES RESULTS.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Travel: Travel within the territory (within Ontario) to meet with the Retirement Living Consultants and teams, attend regional meetings, and support the sales team as needed.

Requirements:


  • Experience: Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in the retirement living or senior housing industry.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to inspire, motivate, and lead a team towards achieving sales goals.
  • Relationship Building: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to establish and maintain strong relationships with the Retirement Living Consultants and teams within our residences.
  • Sales Coaching: Strong coaching and mentoring abilities to develop and enhance the sales skills of team members.
  • Time and

Territory Management:
Demonstrated ability to effectively manage time, territory, and resources to maximize sales productivity.

  • Results-Driven: A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with the Regional Director of Operations to ensure smooth coordination between sales and operations.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel within the assigned area as required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
