Job description
Trinistar Corporation (a division of M.A.M. Group Inc.) specializes in the designing, building and leasing of commercial and industrial properties.
The portfolio includes approximately 1.5 million square feet of commercial, industrial, retail and office spacein the GTA.
Reporting to the Controller and Trinistar President, the ideal candidate will have solid accounting knowledge, be detailed oriented and have strong analytical and communication skills. Having experience using real estate accounting software is an asset (Yardi Voyager and Yardi Gemini). This is 100% in the office role.
Duties:
- Review and post monthly rent roll and prepare rental charge notice
- Create and maintain tenant CAM & TAX recovery models in accordance with tenant lease terms and prepare tenant year end CAM and Tax billings/invoicing in accordance with tenant lease term
- CAM reconciliations – review variances and billings with Trinistar President
- Additional rents – analyze for variances on an ongoing basis
- Communicate with tenants regarding billings and accounts receivables
- Prepare accurate tenant chargebacks on a timely basis;
- Review and monitor accounts receivable. Reconcile accounts receivable accounts when required.
- Monthly HST reporting / filing
- Ad-hoc assignments as assigned
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
