**Commercial Account Manager

• Fredericton or Moncton**If you are passionate about building client relationships, have a great attitude and love a fast paced team may be just the person we are looking for to join our Commercial Client Service team

Responsibilities include working within a team environment to provide a high level of service and risk management solution to our valued business clients.

You would be responsible for:_

• Working closely within the team of Account Managers, Administrators and Account Executives.
• Reviewing coverages and advising clients of recommended coverages.
• Assisting with New Business marketing and remarkets as needed.
• Proactive and reactive service requirements as required by our clients.
• Keeping up to date on market changes.
• 25 years commercial insurance knowledge would be an asset
• Selfmotivated with a natural ability to deliver excellence in customer service.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Strong attention to detail and high degree of accuracy
• Sound analytical thinking, planning, prioritization, and execution skills.
• CAIB, CIP designation, or similar experience would be an asset
• Knowledge of EPIC and Policy works would be an asset.
• A team player
