Title:
Coordinator, Marketing

Based at the Laval office - 3 days / week at the office

Reporting to the Marketing Director, Specialy Products


Main Responsibilities:

  • Organize and coordinate events such as national congresses
  • Coordinate logistics of internal department meetings, ie room bookings, catering, etc.
  • Preparation of the necessary contract paperwork to secure speakers at meetings
  • Ensure followup on CHE events (speaker fees, proper documentation, etc.)
  • Follow up on various files and special projects
  • Support the marketing team to ensure the success of its efforts
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of marketing budgets for each product and each category
  • Manage sample shipments with marketing team and customer service
  • Manage promotional shipments via Circulo
  • Provide various administrative tasks such as the preparation of requisitions for check requests, purchase orders, CCPE registrations, coordinating preceptorships, ordering business cards for the sales representatives, faxing, filing, photocopying, etc.
  • Respond quickly to all requests from field force and marketing teams
  • Liaise with other departments (finance, human resources, operations, medical, etc.) to obtain the material or information needed to carry out the tasks
  • Use sound judgment and maintain confidentiality in correspondence with internal and external clients

Education/experience required:
Bachelor degree in marketing or administration or any related degree/experience
- +5 years related work experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry

  • Perfectly bilingual
  • Experience in organizing events
