Richardson Sport Inc provides non-competitive sports and instruction programs, introducing children between 16 months and 12 years to fitness and physical literacy, engaging in a variety of popular sports, including: baseball, basketball, football, golf, hockey, lacrosse, rugby, soccer, tennis, and volleyball.

We are currently seeking a part-time Sport Program Coordinator looking to bring vibrancy and passion to the position in order to help create unforgettable experiences.

• Can successfully manage and lead a small team of approximately 68 team members.
• Can maintain and distribute necessary information to team members in an organized manner.
• Able to coordinate successfully with other team leaders and company managers.
• Maintains a friendly and outgoing disposition within a childfriendly environment.
• Computer literate and capable of learning new systems as required by the position.
• A demonstrated history of handling and maintaining sports equipment.
• Previous experience with the training and management of a small team of 68 team members.
• Must possess Class 5 Driver's License and provide driving record upon request.
• Must submit to and pass a Criminal Record Check.
• Must possess Standard First Aid and CPR/AED Level C qualifications.

As a part of this position, the Sport Program Coordinator will be responsible for the following duties:

• Conducting the hiring, training, and assessment of team members in a leadership role.
• Appropriately staffing programs and other events through scheduling of team members.
• Organizing, implementing, and maintaining a calendar for company sports programs.
• Maintaining cleanliness and condition of sports equipment inventory.
• Collaborating and corresponding with partner organizations to manage programs.
• Assisting with creation and distribution of promotional material for programs and events.
• Transporting sports equipment to and from program sites.
• Adapting and conducting company programs and activities at program sites.
• Ensuring safety and wellbeing of participants throughout company programs and activities.
• Completing other tasks as required by the office manager.

Part-time hours: 15-30 per week
