- Design and maintain ServiceNow Service Portal/Employee Center interfaces.
- Develop wireframes, style guides, and UI components for portal enhancements.
- Collaborate with developers to build custom widgets and responsive layouts.
- Conduct usability studies and incorporate findings into design improvements.
- Ensure portal accessibility and compliance with GN visual identity standards.
- Work with business units to design intuitive self-service experiences.
- Minimum 3-5+ years of UI/UX design experience, with 2+ years designing ServiceNow Portals.
- Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field.
- Certifications in UX design or ServiceNow Service Portal/Employee Center – preferred.
- Experience with HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and UI frameworks.
- Strong ability to design intuitive, accessible, and user-centered interfaces.
- Experience creating wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and design artifacts.
- Understanding of Service Portal widgets, theming, and layout frameworks.
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and documentation skills.
- Ability to balance usability, technical limitations, and branding requirements.
- Experience conducting usability testing and feedback analysis.
