Our Opportunity:
The Operations Lead must be technology oriented and possess strong attention to detail. This individual will be responsible for helping run department operations and lead department when supervisor and manager are away.

What you'll need:
- Must have 12 year of leadership experience working in fast paced warehouse environment
- Must have MHE certification (forklift, reach, and counter balance certifications)
- Must be able to work on flexible schedule including weekend/night shift as buisness need
- Must have experience working with RF scanners,WMS, excel etc.
- Must have good communication, time management and troubleshooting ability
- Must be able to take ownership of task assigned and work towards delivering results as expected within timeline
- Must be able to commit to consistent work schedule and punctuality at work
