- Maintain sections of merchandise (luncheon meat, cheese, home meal replacement, hot food, bulk product, packaged product) as assigned in an effective manner.
- Fry chicken and prepare fresh value-added product and home meal replacement items as per established Co-op recipes and procedures.
- Ensure the Deli Department is properly stocked with merchandise and faced at all times.
- Provide customer service in line with the Co-op brand.
- Observe and maintain sanitation standards and practices, maintain tools and equipment, and keep work area clean and neat.
- Assist with other duties as assigned.
- You have applicable training or experience.
- You are strongly service oriented, motivated, and capable of serving customers in a courteous, efficient manner.
- You have the capability to operate the required equipment within the Deli.
- You are able to work full time hours.
- You're honest and trustworthy, results-oriented and strive to be the best in what you do.
- You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver work that best meets our team and customers' needs.
