Assistant Manager - Big Daddy Closeouts - Greater Toronto Area, ON

Fantastic opportunity for a strong, energetic individual who is looking for a long-term permanent position.


are currently looking for a Store Manager for a Home Appliances and Electronics store in the Greater Toronto Area, Ontario.

As a member of our team your responsibilities would include but not be limited to:

  • Manage key accounts
  • Maintain regular client communication to discuss their requirements
  • Resolve problems and handle complaints in a timely manner
  • Supervise sales account representatives
  • Ensure budget and time requirements are met
  • Stay uptodate with new product arrivals
  • Establish best practices
  • Monitor and report on sales performance analytics
  • Suggest innovative ideas to increase sales and improve customer experience
  • Proven work experience as a Sales account executive
  • Hands on experience with customer service
  • An ability to gasp clients needs and to increase customer engagement
  • Solid knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Analytical and timemanagement skills
  • Ability to lift 23 kg (50 lbs.)
  • Ability to push/pull up to 23 kg (50 lbs.)
  • Ability to walk/stand for a up to 10hour shift

Working experience in a commissioned sales environment will be in higher consideration.

Terms of Employment:

Salary:
To be negotiated, for Hours per week, Commission

Anticipated Start Date:

Education:
Completion of high school, Some college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training, Some university

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Languages:
Speak English, Read English, Write English
