We're looking for an
Advanced Case Consultant with insurance business savvy and charismatic gusto to play an integral role with the Insurance Distribution team.

In this fast-paced, results-driven environment, you will deliver product expertise, advanced sales strategies and industry insight.

You'll expand and multiply the acquisition of life insurance business by providing insight into life insurance opportunities and product design with business owners, professionals and affluent clients through working with top advisors in our various channels.

Our product shelf is robust, dependable and effective and we're looking to you to showcase to advisors the power behind our solutions.


To start:


  • Your experience is rock solid, with 710 years' experience with a focus on life insurance and 35 years' experience with large and complex product design. As lead large case life insurance expert and relationship manager, you'll join a proprietary insurance team that commands industry respect, defines success by growth and is generously rewarded with compensation and benefits.
  • You're an authority on life insurance products, sales concepts, the insurance industry and applicable legislation. You understand tax and estate planning related to life insurance solutions.
  • With your credibility and expertise (CFP or CLU), you're ready to lead, inspire and set the agenda. You'll join a team as a technical leader and you'll be supported with proven processes, product solutions, strategies and technical support.

Desired skills and experience

  • Minimum 7 years' experience in financial/insurance services industry
  • 35 years' experience in large and complex product design
  • Postsecondary education, preferably in finance, accounting or taxation; or equivalent work experience
  • Strong leadership, sales and relationshipbuilding skills
  • Superior knowledge of Canadian life insurance products, sales strategies, the financial services industry and the marketplace
  • Advanced understanding of tax principles related to life insurance solutions
  • Hold valid financial services designations, such as CFP or CLU
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Ability to travel throughout an assigned region using your own means of transportation
