Position Responsibilities
Take ideas from the business and translate them into requirements for the developers and designers to build out.
Facilitate collaborative sessions with large and diverse business stakeholder groups to drive requirements discovery, analysis, and reviews
Identifying business needs and determining solutions to business problems by analyzing options/solutions
Gather and analyze data from different sources. Make data-driven decisions and suggestions
Ensure requirements captured are clear (i.e. written in business language), accurate and detailed enough to support downstream design, development activities efficiently and effectively - i.e. leave no opportunity for "interpretation" of the business requirement by others
Analyze, document E-2-E business processes and flows "AS IS" vs. "TO BE", and communicate an impact of changes for implementation planning
Create, refine and maintain user stories and other backlog items
Update requirements documents and user guides as required to keep them current - throughout the full lifecycle of a product (Pre & Post Production)
Assess and ensure that customer and employee experience/stakeholder impacts are appropriately managed
Makes decisions and performs in a manner that is aligned with company goals, vision, mission, and values.
Work with compliance, risk teams and other internal staff experts to maximize standardization and efficiency of solutions under development
Formal Education
Certification(s)/Designation(s) required in Technology, Business or equivalent or Technology, Business or equivalent
Certification(s)/Designation(s) preferred in Technology, Business or equivalent
Related Experience

5+ years in business and/or systems analysis, requirements planning and documentation
Established background in an Agile environment
Experience in wireframing and process modeling (using any tool)
Experience with Dynamics CRM

integration is an asset

Experience in testing is an asset
Experience is banking and finance is an asset
