# 推进工厂自动化,数字化项目从预研/方案规划/方案实施/方案最终验收的全流程管理,能够识别项目过程中的风险点并进行管控。 Promote factory automation, digital project from pre-research / plan planning / program implementation / final acceptance of the whole process management, can identify and control the risk points in the project process.
# 新设备的选型,自动化改造,数字化推进等项目的管理及实施 Selection of new equipment, implementation of automation and digital projects
# 团队合作,配合其他部门人员进行各项改善活动。 Team work, cooperate with other departments to carry out various improvement activities.
# 与区域团队,工程团队运营和研发团队紧密合作,以确保所有项目得到制造资源的管理和支持,并投入运营。 Work closely with Regional project teams, Engineering teams Operations and R&D team to make sure all projects are well managed and supported by Manufacturing Engineering resources managed and ready for operational start-up.
# 领导持续改进,通过系统思维和系统的流程达到持续优化目的。 Lead continuous improvement, through the use of systems thinking and the implementation of systematic process improvements.


学历:
正规院校本科以上

Education:
Bachelor degree or above in a regular university

工作经验要求:
在自动化项目推进,工厂数字化,新生产设备导入,电气产品测试,开发,管理等两年以上工作经验

Working Experience Requirements:
More than two years of working experience in the automation project management, digital factory, new equipment introduce, electrical production R&D, testing, service engineering management


语言能力:

英语:
听说(良好),读写(良好) 英语四级以上


Language:
English listening, speaking, reading, writing. CET-4 above or above
