We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to lead our regional initiatives, driving business partnering and strategic execution.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will deliver precise and compliant HR operations, collaborate closely with senior stakeholders, own key HR processes such as talent development and succession planning, partner with managers on performance management, employee engagement, rewards and workforce planning. They will also coach people managers on employee relations issues across multiple countries.
Qualifications:
i) Exceptional academic track record from high school through university.
ii) Proven business-partnering experience with senior stakeholders.
ciii) Strong project-management skills focussed on delivering results .
