Client Service Assistant - Vancouver

Job summary
Supports one or more Investment Advisors and team with day-to-day administration and provides exceptional client service to support business objectives. Coordinates marketing activities on behalf of the advisory team including website social media initiatives client recognition for meaningful life events and the planning of client events.
Assists the advisory team in preparing for client meetings including scheduling appointments Handles clients general day-to-day requests and inquiries including basic money movement technology issues account opening update follows up in a timely confidential manner Generates reports documents for IAs clients as requested processes items for client accounts files Maintains organizes client database files Ensures transactions tasks are appropriately assigned completed Provides team members support technology issues new technology general inquiries escalations related policies procedures processing Gathers distributes information updates training guidelines technology other business related information Develops rapport instills confidence with the client to develop credibility promote positive experience Follows through risk compliance processes policies ensure we safeguard customers assets maintain privacy act best interests ensure effectively run branch Protects Banks assets clients assets complies regulatory legal ethical requirements Maintains confidentiality of client Bank information Completes complex diverse tasks within given rules limits Analyzes issues determines next steps escalates as required Broad work accountabilities may be assigned needed.
