Silver Icing is a multi-platform social retail ecosystem. We are supported by a custom order and warehouse management system. This system empowers the thousands of Silver Icing Stylists across Canada to consistently deliver beyond their customers' expectations.

As the Silver Icing Product Manager, you will be managing software-team deliverables in a community-driven way.

You will be active on the company social platforms that Stylists and customers use to engage with the company beyond traditional support channels, and responsive to the suggestions and contributions of our staff and community.

You will incorporate this feedback with the board-approved goals of the company into the development of a product roadmap, executed via an adapted Agile methodology to coordinate software sprints and release announcements.

• Public webbased customerfacing account and retail platform
• Private webbased Stylistfacing account and retail platform with special support access
• Custom order and warehouse management system that supports all fulfillment operations
• Reactbased post scheduling and photo management app for Stylists available on iPhone and Android
• Thriving communities on all major social media platforms

Assembling community and support feedback into actionable tickets that are estimated by senior developers, it will be your responsibility to ensure each software developer has clear short-term goals for the current sprint, and that the accomplishments of the ongoing sprints are in service to the release roadmap and long-term company goals.

You will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on the attendance and contributions of the entire software team, including senior, intermediate, and junior developers, as well as Documentation specialists and QA engineers.

We are looking for someone local to Metro Vancouver.

Silver Icing's top priority is the Stylist.

Every company decision should first consider how it might affect the experience of the Silver Icing Stylist, and consistently act according to it's improvement.

Finding new ways to learn about the needs and wishes of our Stylists is as essential to accomplishing this as listening to what those communities are saying.

Previous experience in software product or project management is required. A deep understanding of the Agile methodology and SDLC is essential. Savviness in fashion and popular trends is a considerable advantage.
