Duties:
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide excellent customer service
- Perform various administrative duties to support the smooth operation of the office
- Assemble new employee folders and gather missing employee documents
- Keep employee files current and up to date
- Assist dispatch in booking and confirming jobs with contractors
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Traffic control experience is considered an asset
Expected start date:
Salary:
$19.75-$27.75 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
