To oversee the Rental/ Valet/ Repair areas in the winter and in the summer Mill Pond (MP), Beach and Bike Attendants who assist the guest in the setup of equipment and make sure they are having a great experience.

The Supervisor works closely with the Rental Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure the areas run smoothly for the benefit of both the guests and employees.

Hourly Rate of $20.09

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

  • To provide a highquality guest service, experience and presentation for the guest and employee by assisting the Management team in all areas based on the season (Rentals/ Valet/ Repairs, Mill Pond/ Beach/ Bikes
  • Perform opening and closing duties for the department.
  • Motivate staff through example and leadership skills.
  • Assist in on boarding and training of new attendants.
  • Coach and performance manage staff throughout the season.
  • Coordinate with other parts of the resort the daily happenings of the areas listed above.
  • Able to act quickly to rectify any unforeseen emergencies or guest related issues.
  • Follow budgets closely and adjust labour accordingly
  • Ensure all staff are adhering to proper procedures.
  • Delegate jobs to staff accordingly and establish followup procedures.

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?
years previous supervisory experience an asset

  • Must be a team player, customer service driven, friendly and outgoing.
  • Strong interpersonal communication and leadership skills.
  • Must remain focused & be thorough with assigned tasks.
  • Past customer service experience.
  • Must be able to lift 40lbs
  • Flexible work schedule (must be able to work a variety of shifts including, weekends, evenings and holidays
