Our mission is to deliver high-quality products and services to our customers, constantly developing new and exciting offerings in collaboration with our talented culinary team.

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Facility Manager to oversee our production facility's operations, including vendor and supplier coordination, e-commerce management, sales, new product development, and catering order coordination.


Key Responsibilities:

Vendor and Supplier Coordination: Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality materials and services. Negotiate contracts and manage disputes to optimize costs and efficiencies.

E-commerce Management: Oversee the operation of our e-commerce platform, ensuring a seamless and efficient online shopping experience for our customers. Work closely with the IT and marketing teams to drive sales and improve platform functionality.

Facility Oversight: Manage the day-to-day operations of the production facility, ensuring a safe, efficient, and productive work environment. Implement and oversee maintenance schedules, safety protocols, and operational improvements.

Sales and Product Development: Collaborate with the sales and culinary teams to drive sales and develop new and innovative products. Participate in market research, product testing, and launch strategies.

Catering Order Coordination: Coordinate catering orders, ensuring they are fulfilled accurately and on time. Work closely with the culinary and logistics teams to manage inventory, scheduling, and customer communication.


Qualifications:


  • Business Eperiences, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 35 years of experience in management, preferably in the food sector.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage teams effectively.
  • Excellent organizational, negotiation, and problemsolving skills.
  • Experience in ecommerce management and sales is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of product development processes, especially in collaboration with culinary teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ecommerce platforms.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

Salary:
From $60,000.00 per year
