    What you will do:

    Under the direction of the DSX Program Director, the Project Control Analyst will provide coordination and administrative support to the DSX portfolio. You will be responsible for participating in work cycle coordination, scheduling and organization of meetings and events, and managing expenditures in support of the budgets. The Project Control Analyst will organize and participate in client meetings including documentation and managing of assets and deliverables while ensuring support necessary for the Technology Product Owners to deliver Humber's business outcomes.

    Key responsibilities:

  • Support large scale institutional initiatives
  • Interact with multiple stakeholders, including vendors
  • Self-organize and prioritize work on multiple projects
  • Calendar Management
  • Organize, attend, and document minutes or notes from the meetings and workshops
  • Collate, organize, and file digital artifacts
  • Support budget and financial management
  • Identify potential risks and communicate to work coordinators, and product owners
  • Participate in monitoring work through daily planning
  • Provide recommendations to improve processes and document them
  • Perform other duties as required by the DSX portfolio
  • Qualifications

    What you bring to the role:

    Qualifications:

  • Post- secondary degree/ diploma
  • Working toward CAPM or PMP designation
  • Excellent organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage deliverables on time and on budget
  • Ability to liaise with the organization to support progress on the project tasks and issues
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the capability of providing leadership to a diverse project team and interact comfortably with senior personnel in the organization
  • Comfortable working with highly technical IT subject matter experts
  • Team player with flexible attitude and ability to prioritize workload and handle multiple deadlines
  • Excellent problem recognition and resolution skills required
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills coupled with the ability to write or edit high quality documents (e.g. Standard Operating Procedures, minutes, notes, training documents)
  • Excellent presentation, facilitating, and negotiating skills
  • Excellent meeting and time management skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft 365 Products
  • Experience working with scrum and agile methodologies and inMicrosoft Azure DevOps environment is an asset
