Job summary
The Senior Manager Compliance Monitoring & Testing (M&T) will lead the development of TDS Canada M&T Plan ensuring alignment with Enterprise RCM Standards enterprise risk policies and all applicable procedures oversee timely completion of M&T activities in accordance with approved plan direct supervise collection consolidation analysis of M&T data to support transparent accurate reporting track reconcile report execution progress across both RCM-coverage non-coverage activities ensure results are accurately reflected in stakeholder updates dashboards governance reports provide regular updates on plan status emerging issues key trends work closely with Compliance Central Services team stakeholders to ensure program alignment effective issue management serve as TDS Canada subject matter expert on Enterprise department standards review provide feedback communicate updates develop supporting job aids procedures for TDS Canada support Quality Assurance Reviews Internal Audit engagements remediation activities proactively identify escalate matters requiring oversight ensure timely resolution act as Associate Vice President delegate for decisions approvals required.
