- We are looking for a Community Manager with a mix of agency, brand, and/or startup work experience_
- Thinking outside the box to proactively find new ways to connect with untapped talent and partner pools to fill agency needs
- Getting involved and collaborating with people, places and spaces to uncover unconventional leads/connections and building new networks
- Representing the agency (and our clients) through the ongoing management of relationships (from networking to outreach to beyond)
- Supporting the agency development team in crossmarketing efforts by defining and producing gotomarket tools and assets needed to grow, develop and foster talent and partner pools
- Working alongside the operations team with administrative recruitment duties plus the onboarding of talent at the agency
Requirements:
- 35 years of relevant experience preferred
- Highly social, highly engaged (both on and offline)
- A natural when it comes to selling opportunities
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Has an existing personal network that we can leverage for agency talent needs
- Is a selfstarter who can own, lead and complete work with limited supervision
- Highly organized, strategic and detailoriented
- Can multitask, prioritize work and jump in and out of projects
- Immersed in Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok and other social media platforms
- Understands earned/paid channels to leverage for agency brand awareness
- Comfortable with attending external networking opportunities and events outside of traditional working hours
