Primary Purpose:
Assisting the Regional Development Directors in successful event administration and coordination.


Duties & Responsibilities_:
This is not a complete list of this position's duties and responsibilities. The items below are examples of the types of activities performed. Other duties may be assigned._


Primary Responsibilities:


  • Provide support to the Development Directors in excellent event coordination including but not limited to researching, negotiating and booking venues/speakers, event administration, event-day preparation, set-up and registration, collation and sharing of event information.
  • Serve the Development Directors in co-ordinating outreach raffles including but not limited to promotional materials, administration, researching and booking venues, maintaining and co-ordinating equipment, co-ordinating outreach team and event-day support.
  • Communicate with the Finance department regarding pertinent financial details for each event e.g early bird discounts, registration fees etc.
  • Coordinate with Finance and Development Directors to provide administrative support and reporting for raffles and other fundraising initiatives.
  • May be required to provide support to other areas including but not limited to covering holidays, website and social media, administration, community office and leading a support group.

Schedule:

Ability to be flexible is essential.

Will be required to work evenings, weekends, special events and holidays as directed by your supervisor.


Work Environment:
Office setting in an ATCCC facility or working remotely as communicated and approved. Significant regional travel is required.


Budgetary:
To participate, promote and support fundraising for the ministry.


Collaboration:
Will work in collaboration with Development Directors, staff, students and donor


Qualifications:


  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with a wide variety of potential donors and clients.
  • Highly effective communication, attention to detail, interpersonal and administrative skills.
  • Well organized multitasker with ability to follow direction, handle stress, remain calm and effectively problemsolve.
  • Highly motivated selfstarter that demonstrates knowledge of development strategies, and public relations.
  • Able to inspire trust and camaraderie in employees and potential donors alike.
  • Willingness to learn and be teachable
  • Able to be an examples to other staff in daily living
  • Actively demonstrate and maintain excellent working relationships with all staff and all other departments
  • Strong organizational skills and highly effective communication skills.
  • Clear understanding or willingness to learn the ATCCC DNA and accreditation standards.
  • Understanding of human nature and the physical and spiritual battles that they
  • Working knowledge and willingness to adapt to webbased programs and reporting.
  • Valid driver's license
  • Willingness to take additional training or mentorship as requested.

Salary:
$40,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
