What you'll be doing:

Work closely with other Marketing Automation Specialists and internal stakeholders to manage and run campaigns to drive business goals
Support strategic programs across the customer lifecycle (batch sends, drip campaigns etc)
Manage and develop chat experiences for leads and existing customers on our website using our chat software
Manage and administer our marketing automation tool stack
Work with key stakeholders to define KPIs, create reporting, analyze campaign performance.

What you need to bring:

We're a team of 50 people located in North America, Europe and Asia-Pacific. Our team is responsible for developing and executing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, retention and engagement.

Experience with enterprise level ESPs and CRMS (Pardot, Marketo, Hubspot Salesforce, etc)
