    What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

    • Define and execute the technical roadmap for core integration technology
    • Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate services across the platform
    • Mentor and train engineers while fostering a high-performing engineering culture
    • Design, develop, and maintain scalable software components using Go
    • Architect and manage containerized services using Terraform and Kubernetes

    What is Required (Qualifications):

    • Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
    • Minimum 5+ years of experience in software development, with extensive expertise in Go programming language
    • Proficient in container technologies, especially Terraform and Kubernetes
    • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
    • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues

    How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

    • Familiarity with microservices architecture and distributed systems
    • Experience with event-driven architecture
    • Knowledge of AI frameworks and implementations
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
