Position Details:

What You Will Do

In this role you will handle battery and damage inquiries and complaints that are assigned to the department.

You will coordinate and/or perform investigations that assist in determining liability and discuss a fair resolution that is acceptable to all parties.

You will adhere to established time frames when reaching out to Members upon receipt of new claim assignments. You will communicate with both Members and tow facilities to validate circumstances under which the damage occurred. You will collect documentation, photos, estimates, invoices and all written correspondence as part of the investigation process. You will travel within the territory to perform investigations and to arbitrate between parties.


Who You Are:

  • Post-Secondary Degree or Diploma
  • Valid driver license and are able to travel within the Club Group territory to perform on scene investigations and arbitrate between Members and towing facilities
  • Minimum of two years' experience resolving customer complaints
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast paced environment
  • Strong computer skills with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent customer service skills, are a team player and have strong negotiation skills
  • Have strong oral and written communication skills
