Your daily life:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Collection Manager to join our team.

The Collection Manager will be responsible for overseeing the company's collections department, ensuring timely collection of outstanding debts, and implementing effective strategies to minimize delinquency and mitigate credit risk.


In this role you will:


  • Manage and lead the collections team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure departmental goals are met;
  • Develop and implement collection strategies to optimize cash flow and reduce bad debt exposure;
  • Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and prioritize collection efforts accordingly;
  • Review and analyze customer accounts to identify delinquent balances and implement appropriate collection actions;
  • Communicate effectively with customers to resolve payment issues;
  • Work closely with sales, customer service, and finance departments to streamline processes and improve collections efficiency;
  • Coordinate the credit insurance management;
  • Prepare regular analytical reports and updates for senior management on collection performance, aging trends, and credit risk exposure;
  • Manage the bad dept provision analysis;
  • Manage the customer's unblocking/blocking process;
  • Stay informed about industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to collections and credit management.

What We're Looking For:


  • Diploma in Business Adminstration, Accounting, Finance or any related field;
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in collections management or a similar role in an international organization;
  • Proven track record of successfully managing a collections team and achieving departmental targets;
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, credit risk assessment, and collections strategies;
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and internal stakeholders;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, and experience with collections software/systems (SAP ideally);
  • Detailoriented, with strong analytical and problemsolving abilities;
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
