Job Summary:


  • In collaboration with our diverse team, the Event Planner's primary role is to design, plan, and manage both inperson and virtual events, ensuring their success and impact.
  • The Event Planner also helps to develop hybrid strategies that blend technology with personal interactions, adapting to an everevolving global environment.

What You'll Do:


  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create tailored event experiences that achieve their objectives.
  • Manage budgets, design, planning, coordination, and delivery of both virtual and inperson events.
  • Handle communications to support events.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and event organizers.
  • Collaborate with various marketing teams (copywriting, design, digital, PR, etc.) to promote and ensure the success of your events.
  • Define and measure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for events.
  • Analyze KPIs and provide insightful recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Stay updated with industry trends in event management and planning, making strategic recommendations.
  • Manage logistics for inperson event materials.

Must Haves:

years of experience in project management, preferably in event organization.

  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally.
  • Proficiency in English and French.
