Clearoute Inc. is seeking an organized, flexible and experienced professional to join the team as a full-time Account Coordinator.

The Account Coordinator will support Clearoute's communications team, clients, and executive members by coordinating all internal and external branding efforts.


Responsibilities & Duties:

You will be working closely with the Account Executive and other members of the team to support and maintain client accounts, along with related projects.

As Account Coordinator, you will play a key role in facilitating campaigns, and will act as a liaison between clients and different members of the team.


  • Organize and oversee internal meetings associated with the assigned account(s).
  • Coordinate and execute events and projects for clientrelated initiatives.
  • Communicate and assign all deliverables with deadlines to appropriate members of the team.
  • Prepare account documents such as meeting agendas, reports, proposals, presentations and other client communication.
  • Maintain consistent and effective communication with team members and clients to ensure that projects are completed on time, and accurately.
  • Develop and maintain a workinglevel understanding of assigned client's industries, company culture, products/services and strategic communication plan.
  • Attentively cater to needs of the client and continually seek ways to strengthen clientagency relationships.

Required Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, Business Administration or a related field. Equivalent professional experience in a relevant field may act as a substitute.
  • Minimum 3 years professional experience as an account coordinator.
  • Proficiency and uptodate knowledge of core software such as Microsoft Office.

  • Strong leadership skills and ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications.
  • A key understanding of the client revision process, communication skills, and working through revisions diligently.
  • You are a flexible and selfmotivated individual.
  • Ability to pay attention to details while still being able to see the big picture

Salary:
$15.65-$20.00 per hour
