A Week in the Life of the Administrative Lead:

  • Help develop and manage spreadsheets for client reach outs & relations
  • Attend to client concerns and track customer satisfaction
  • Run CRM processing quote requests, scheduling and invoicing
  • Oversee key metric tracking for admin, operations and sales activities
  • Present reports on specific areas of production, sales, leads, conversions
  • Participate in admin team meetings to ensure weekly, monthly, seasonal goals are being met and reviewed
  • Liaise with field technicians acting as a main point of contact to ensure daily field responsibilities are being completed and properly recorded
  • Work with team to design and evolve your workflow to match seasonal task variabilities

Abilities and Experience:


  • Selfdriven, highly organized individual with 23 years experience working in a business / admin position
  • Possess high level communication skills, an outgoing personality and experience building customer relations
  • A track record for delivering timely and precise results under tight timelines
  • Years of experience and knowledge of spreadsheets and CRM management
  • Ability to anticipate customer needs and scenarios, take initiative, and think critically & creatively when tackling daytoday challenges

Position Start Date:
Dec 1st '22 or Jan 9th, '23


Wage/Salary:
$25-32+/hr (Salary option available longer-term)


Work Schedule:

Feb-July & Oct-Nov — 40 to 45 hrs/week

Aug-Sept & Nov — 35 to 40 hrs/week

Dec & part of Jan — optional time off


Enjoy seasonal flexibility with time off in Dec & Jan and vacation time in September

Salary:
$25.00-$30.00 per hour
