The Foreman plays a critical role in the successful completion of Milestones projects.

Milestone is a civil excavation company and Foreman / woman's facilitate onsite production through efficient pipe installation, diligent and detailed work.

Milestone's civil division works on a variety of different projects. The work includes civil & infrastructure, environmental construction, industrial & commercial, residential development, landscaping, and much more

The Foreman / woman will be involved in specific civil division projects and/or supporting the landscaping phase of Milestones civil construction projects.

Duties & Responsibilities - What is my role?

Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans
Allocate general and daily responsibilities
Supervise and train workers and trades
Ensure manpower and resources are adequate
Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met
Supervise the use and location of machinery and equipment
Help resolve problems when they arise
Report on progress to Superintendents and other stakeholders.
Ability to understand daily production, reporting and four pillars (Schedule, Quality, Cost, Safety)
Help promote and work within a culture of jobsite safety, where safety is everyone's 1st priority
Minimum of 5 individuals reporting to you
Help implement and promote new technology into everyday work procedures
