Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Travel Consultant to join our team. As a Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements.

What we are looking for:

• Full time in office
• Part time in office
• Hybrid, work from home and office
• Grade 12 or equivalent completed
• Experience in travel, sales and customer service is an asset
• Experience in the Travel industry preferred
• Professional English language skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients by understanding their travel needs and preferences
• Research and recommend travel destinations, accommodations, transportation options, and activities based on client requirements
• Book flights, hotels, rental cars, cruise, tours, travel insurance and other travel services for clients
• Process payments and handle any necessary documentation for travel bookings
• Stay uptodate with industry trends and changes in travel regulations
• Resolve any issues or complaints that arise during the travel process
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals

Skills:

• Hospitality: Strong knowledge of the Travel industry, including hotels, resorts, and other accommodations
• Sales: Proven ability to sell and crosssell travel services
• Customer Service: Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
• Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately input and manage travel details to ensure seamless arrangements for clients
• Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and suppliers
• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple client bookings and deadlines
