    OFFICE COORDINATOR/ADMINISTRATOR

    As Office Coordinator/Administrator you will play an essential role in our growing Saskatchewan operation. Working directly with the Regional Manager, you will assist with daily activities at our Saskatoon office. Our ideal candidate is a positive, self-starter who has a particular attention to detail, is keen on multitasking, and enjoys a clean and orderly workspace.

    MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Supports Regional Manager and Operations Staff with general administrative duties in accordance with company policies and procedures
    • Coordinates office requirements, including supplies, maintenance, and office services
    • Answers and screens phone calls
    • Manages visitors and guests (i.e., logs, safety orientations, etc.)
    • Handles incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
    • Provides administrative assistance on projects as needed, including travel coordination, document management, time sheet entry, and daily / weekly project reporting (detailed training on DCM specific systems will be provided)
    • Works with Head Office departments to support regional needs, such as HR, recruiting, procurement, and accounting
    • Perform other related functions as required by Management

    KNOWLEDGE, EDUCATION, AND EXPERIENCE

    • 5+ years of experience working as an Office Coordinator or in an Administration role
    • Industrial construction experience is considered an asset, but not required
    • High school graduate or equivalence
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
    • Excellent time management and organizational skills
    • Superb verbal and written communication skills
    • Professional appearance is required
    • Proficient in Microsoft Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook, TEAMS, and Google Docs
    • Excellent customer service skills and an enthusiastic positive attitude
    • Takes full ownership and accountability of their work and job performance
    • Demonstrates success in maintaining composure, effectiveness, and discretion in the face of competing and complex demands

    WORKING CONDITIONS

    • Local to Saskatoon
    • Travel required
    • Rotation: 5/2 in Saskatoon office, subject to change based on assignment needs
    • Hours of work: 8:00am to 5:00pm
    • Successful candidate must be flexible and have the ability to help with occasional events and/or increased workload
    • Ability to meet and maintain various site access requirements across Western Canada
