Change Management Analyst to join our team in Burnaby


The Change Management Analyst provides support and guidance to Leadership, the Executive, and project leads in assessing readiness for proposed changes, and in developing change management strategies to successfully implement changes within the organization.

The Change Management Analyst works with key stakeholders to build out communications campaigns, engagement strategies, and action plans surrounding upcoming changes.

This role also identifies and supports change leads, sponsors, and champions throughout the organization.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Develops and implements change management frameworks and plans to support upcoming changes to drive peopledependent success of organizational projects and strategic initiatives. Assesses the organization's and individual's readiness for proposed changes.
  • Works with key stakeholders, including liaising with the Communications department, to build out communications campaigns, engagement strategies, and action plans surrounding upcoming changes.
  • Provides staff with information to increase awareness of change initiatives, and reinforces the adoption of changed systems, tools, and processes.
  • Builds strong relationships across the organization and leverages relationships with internal stakeholders to facilitate organizational understanding of employee change journeys.
  • Collaborates with project leads and the Project Management Office to ensure that change management practices are included when planning and executing new projects. Assists in analyzing risks and preparing risk management tactics.
  • Identifies key change leads, sponsors, and champions throughout the organization. Supports and coaches these individuals in how to help their teams transition and how to integrate change management strategies in their business activities.
  • Defines change managementrelated KPIs for the organization; monitors, evaluates, and analyzes said KPIs; creates reports on the success of change management strategies as changes are rolled out. Provides insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Works with Human Resources to identify and address possible employee job role impacts, and to coordinate associated training.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

The successful applicant will possess the following:

  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Prosci or equivalent change management certification is preferred.
  • 57 years progressive relevant experience leading change management processes and providing guidance on change management within a growing organization.
  • Understanding of change management strategies, terminology, and processes.
  • Ability to build strong relationships across the organization and engage internal stakeholders.
  • Experience developing and executing changerelated communications plans and artifacts.
  • Experience building, analyzing, and reporting on changerelated KPIs.
  • Coaching and facilitation skills.
