Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our team.
As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our grocery products to current and potential customers.
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong sales skills and a passion for Italian food to make an impact in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Duties:
- Identify and target current and potential customers in the assigned territory
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our products
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service and support
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets
- Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, manage customer information, and generate reports
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Call on existing accounts to for reorders and offer new SKUs to grow account sales
- Cold calling on prospective customers to promote our products and generate leads
- Provide feedback to the head office team on customer needs and preferences
Experience:
- Proven experience in food sales is preferred
- Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent account management and customer service abilities
- Familiarity Italian food is a plus
- Bilingual in English and Italian is a plus
- Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities
- Demonstrated business development skills
