:


As our Learning & Development Program Manager, you will:


  • Oversee the strategy and endtoend delivery of our learning programs.
  • Manage our L&D roadmap and establish its priorities.
  • Work alongside Coveo Level Up's product team on the introduction of new features and the constant evolution of our internal LMS.
  • Develop corporate training content and support internal stakeholders in the creation and adoption of their own learning initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on L&D KPIs to identify gaps and opportunities.

Here is what will qualify you for the role

  • Proven experience in a related field project/program management, learning & development, etc;
  • Having a strong understanding of (and passion for) learning and development, and/or adult learning principles.
  • Strong project planning and organizational skills.
  • This role requires you to be comfortable creating content in French and English for our employees located in Canada, the United States, and Europe.

  • Experience working with an LMS.
