Responsibilities:


  • Formulate a sales strategy that produces a profit while satisfying customer needs and wants.
  • Conduct market research to determine whether products and services will be profitable.
  • Manage the merchandise budget to ensure that costs are kept within budget and that the stock is current.
  • Meet with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Set business goals and strive for continuous improvement.
  • Communicate with management about issues related to sales, staffing, operations, and financial performance.
  • Use data to assess sales trends and improve business performance.
  • Manage a staff of 412 employees.

Salary:
$19.00-$24.00 per hour
