Responsibilities:
- Formulate a sales strategy that produces a profit while satisfying customer needs and wants.
- Conduct market research to determine whether products and services will be profitable.
- Manage the merchandise budget to ensure that costs are kept within budget and that the stock is current.
- Meet with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Set business goals and strive for continuous improvement.
- Communicate with management about issues related to sales, staffing, operations, and financial performance.
- Use data to assess sales trends and improve business performance.
- Manage a staff of 412 employees.
Salary:
$19.00-$24.00 per hour
