- Coordinating daily workflow for trucks, trailers, and drivers
- Managing fleet resources based on availability and schedules
- Collaborating with Maintenance on equipment servicing coordination and planning
- Ensuring driver compliance with online orientations
- Planning and scheduling for plant interruptions, outages, haul diversions, holidays, etc.
- Reviewing driver documents for accuracy and approving billable & payable hours
- Assessing dispatch schedules and plant specifics daily, re-evaluating plans strategically in response to changes
- Maintaining communication with customers and drivers to ensure optimal operations and customer satisfaction
- Conducting site and field visits as necessary
- Post-secondary education or training is beneficial
- Proficiency in Google Drive and computer skills
- Experience with TMW system is advantageous
- Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Strong attention to detail, coupled with excellent organizational skills
- Process-oriented individual, proficient in task execution from initiation to completion
