    Right now, we are searching for a Dispatch Operations Supervisor to join our Calgary office. Reporting to the Senior Director of Operations, this role involves a blend of dispatching and administrative duties.
    Job Description:
    • Coordinating daily workflow for trucks, trailers, and drivers
    • Managing fleet resources based on availability and schedules
    • Collaborating with Maintenance on equipment servicing coordination and planning
    • Ensuring driver compliance with online orientations
    • Planning and scheduling for plant interruptions, outages, haul diversions, holidays, etc.
    • Reviewing driver documents for accuracy and approving billable & payable hours
    • Assessing dispatch schedules and plant specifics daily, re-evaluating plans strategically in response to changes
    • Maintaining communication with customers and drivers to ensure optimal operations and customer satisfaction
    • Conducting site and field visits as necessary
    Job Requirements: 1-year experience in Dispatch, Operations, Logistics, or Scheduling
    • Post-secondary education or training is beneficial
    • Proficiency in Google Drive and computer skills
    • Experience with TMW system is advantageous
    • Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
    • Strong attention to detail, coupled with excellent organizational skills
    • Process-oriented individual, proficient in task execution from initiation to completion
