    Description

    The Customer Analytics Specialist will join the Program Management team and will work closely with the Canadian Account Management team to deliver value to GPO & Managed service customers through Spend analytics. The candidate will be a confident self-starter who ideally has customer facing experience in food service, retail or CPG industries.

    This position is hybrid with 3 days in office based out of 5150 Spectrum Way, Mississauga ON.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Manage supply chain relationships with key customer accounts through leading/facilitating monthly & quarterly business reviews
    • Utilize a high degree of qualitative and quantitative analytical skills in analyzing customer data to find key insights to deliver value
    • Conduct statistical analysis on customer data to identify trends & help account mgmt. teams design & implement account specific strategies to ensure growth
    • Prepare & deliver monthly & quarterly account specific presentations for business reviews
    • Support Commercialization team in program launches by performing account specific analytics
    • Generate reports that provides insightful recommendations into customer's purchasing and spend behaviors and help identify areas of opportunities
    • Ability to perform Market Basket Analysis on current & potential customer data

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree or College diploma - Engineering, Business or Supply Chain
    • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills is REQUIRED
    • Experience with databases/SQL is Preferred
    • Proficient in PowerPoint & presenting to clients
    • 1-3 years' experience in an analytical/client facing role
    • Results oriented, self-starter who can adapt to changing priorities
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate issues, analysis and solutions
    • Critical thinker who is inquisitive and seeks to find solutions and make recommendations
    • Demonstrated strategic thinking, project management skills and presentation skills
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize with minimal supervision
    • Solid organization skills and attention to detail
