POSITION TITLE:
Dishwasher/Kitchen Steward
STATUS:
Part Time
HOURS:
Shifts will vary depending on operational requirements to include weekends and holidays.
- Clean and Sanitize all flatware, pots and pans
- Ensure kitchen has requisite amounts of flatware, pots, pans, racks etc.
- Responsible for proper sanitation and cleanliness of kitchens and food preparation areas
- Inspecting all dishware
- Cleaning equipment
- Mopping floors
- Removing garbage
- Polishing silver
- Any other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATION
- High School or equivalent education preferred
- No prior experience required
- Prior hospitality experience preferred
- Good organizational skills
- Previous stewarding experience an asset

Part-time hours: 8-24 per week

- Day shift
- Evening shift
