As a Bakery Worker, you will be responsible for ensuring the production and sale of high-quality pastries and baked goods.

• Prepare and bake frozen readytobake pastries with precision and attention to quality.
• Operate electric ovens and other baking equipment efficiently.

• Draw up production schedules to ensure timely and efficient baking processes.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the team to maintain an adequate supply of baked goods.

• Ensure that all baked products meet established quality standards.
• Conduct regular quality checks to maintain consistency in taste, texture, and appearance.

• Interact with customers to understand their preferences and provide product recommendations.
• Assist with sales transactions and address customer inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.

• Maintain a clean and organized bakery area, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
• Properly store and handle ingredients to prevent waste and ensure freshness.

• Proven experience in baking, with a focus on pastries and baked goods.
• Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
