- Leadership and Management
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff to ensure efficient and effective meal preparation and service.
- Hire, train, and develop food service staff to meet the needs of our restaurant.
- Food Quality and Safety
- Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Customer Service
- Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Prepare food order summaries for the chef and ensure that all orders are fulfilled to the highest standard.
- Administrative Tasks
- Prepare budget and cost estimates for food and supplies.
- Establish work schedules and ensure that all staff are aware of their duties and responsibilities.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
- Ability to relocate for the position.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- 40 hours per week.
- Permanent position.
- Work Language: English.
